Love & Loathing in London

Leadenhall

I’ve made three trips to London in as many weeks (long story), and I have a whole post brewing about how much I love and miss London…and how glad I am that I don’t live there anymore. But that’s more complicated than saying, wow, did I take for granted having scenes like this all around me for ten years! Almost as if I were wearing blinders, which I sort of was. This is the west entrance of Leadenhall Market, at Gracechurch Street, which dates back to the 14th century.

  1. I think that my feelings about London might be reasonably close to yours. I remember it so fondly; I loved spending so many years there; I miss so much about it… and I’m so glad that I don’t live there anymore!

    1. It’s so bizarre, Jacq. The love/hate I have going for London is ridiculous.
