(I don’t want to start a food blog, so I’m going to post some recipes here.)
These are SO GOOD! It’s hardly a recipe, though.
1 banana, mashed
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 TB almond butter (no added sweeteners)
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into hot pan into which you’ve melted butter or coconut oil. Cook as you would a normal pancake. Serve with butter, berries and unsweetened whipped cream.
