Nutella, anyone?

On Thursday night, I decided to throw together a little collection of recipes for my best friend. Let’s just say she makes great scrambled eggs, but perhaps needs an expansion of her repertoire.

I thought I’d put together about 10 recipes for her and call it a day. But then I thought maybe I could add a few more and send it out to friends and family in lieu of the Christmas cards I failed to get out this year.

By Friday night, I had a 50 page e-book of recipes and photographs. I’ve had roughly 40 friends ask me for it via Facebook, in addition to the dozen or so I sent it to originally. I’ve been really surprised and pleased at how much people have liked it. The feedback has been generous beyond what I would have imagined.

If you’d like a copy, drop me an email or leave a comment. I spent 15 hours making the dang thing and I’d like to make the most of it. Happy Chanukah and/or Merry Christmas!

  1. Jackie, if you’re really giving away copies of your recipe book I would very much like one. I make your gazpacho recipe all the time. It’s a big hit around here.
