Moving on

Tomorrow I will leave my full-time role with the awesome Weber Shandwick Digital team. While I’m confident about my decision and excited about what comes next, I am sad to depart such a brilliant group of people. The team, which spans several countries and multiple US offices, does absolutely stellar work for some of the world’s most iconic brands. Their creativity, hard work, and client-driven focus are second to none. I would never work for any other agency.

As for what comes next, for the past several weeks the plan was that I’d just focus on writing. But you know what they say about plans. While you can take the girl out of Silicon Valley, you can never really take Silicon Valley out of the girl. (The girl will be staying put in NYC, though.) I will share more when it’s prudent, but for now I’m thrilled to be going down an interesting path with some of my oldest, smartest friends. And I’m grateful for all I have learned, and the spectacular people I worked with, while part of the world’s best digital team. (PS: They’re hiring!)
